3. Deposits
A $25 non-refundable deposit is required for every appointment. An appointment may not be held until the deposit is received. If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact Alesia as soon as possible. The deposit remains non-refundable.
4. Prices and promotions
Current service prices and promotions are shown on the website. Availability, pricing, and promotional offers may change. The price confirmed by Alesia for your appointment will apply.
5. Client information and service safety
You agree to provide accurate information that may affect whether a waxing or skincare service is appropriate for you. Tell Alesia before your appointment about relevant skin irritation, allergies, sensitivities, products, medications, or recent treatments. Do not send private medical details through the public website form.
Alesia may postpone, modify, or decline a service when a skin concern, product, medication, hygiene issue, or other circumstance makes the requested service inappropriate or unsafe. Information on this website is general beauty-service information and is not medical advice.
